program includes content in each of the following areas:

  • Physical Activity
  • Nutrition
  • Stress Response

The primary goal of the Gold Line Wellness Program is to promote a supportive workplace for dispatchers, so they may be able to prioritize self-care in a stressful, sedentary, demanding work environment.

What does it take?
  • Participation
  • A computer
  • Scheduled time allocated by leadership to complete course content and participate in small group sessions
  • Compassionate support from all angles: content, self, Noble 911 Coach, co-workers, and leadership
How much time?
  • 45-min virtual orientation
  • 2 consecutive weeks
  • 6 hours of content
  • 3 90-min small group sessions to digest and absorb content with peers
  • Endless time for application on and off shift

What might it look like to commit?

1 week prior to program starting: 45-min virtual orientation

Week 1

Tuesday

2 hours of program time spent alone. Scheduled time away from console to complete virtual course content.

Wednesday

90-min small group session with Noble 911 Coach (virtual or on-site)

Thursday

2 hours of program time spent alone. Scheduled time away from console to complete virtual course content.

Week 2

Monday

90-min small group session with Noble 911 Coach (virtual or on-site)

Tuesday

2 hours of program time spent alone. Scheduled time away from console to complete virtual course content.

Wednesday

90-min small group session with Noble 911 Coach (virtual or on-site)

Program cost / participant. Minimum of 5 participants. No max.
